For orders of less than 30 GBP, we offer standard shipping worldwide for a flat rate of 2.49 GBP per order, regardless of the amount of items purchased.
This 2.49 GBP shipping fee will be added at the end of the checkout process.
Shipping: We ship worldwide from Ireland via An Post Standard Post which is a reliable and affordable service that allows us to offer worldwide flat rate shipping of £2.49 per order.
We process and ship all orders within 3 business days (including handmade customised pieces) to ensure that your package reaches you as soon as it possibly can.
Standard Post does not provide tracking information or insurance. If you require tracked, expedited or insured shipping for any reason, please message us to discuss the additional costs before placing your order.
Official postal estimates are:
Europe (EU) - 4 - 7 days
North America - 4 - 9 days
Ireland - 1-3 days
Rest of the World - 4 - 9 days
We have found these estimates to be accurate and sometimes generous, with many customers receiving their orders on the earlier end of the scale.
Please be aware that, once shipped, packages can sometimes be delayed in transit by exceptional circumstances, customs delays, etc. but these are rare occurrences.
If your order seems to have been delayed or does not reach you please contact us to discuss. In the extremely rare case that a package is lost we will work with you to replace it, once a sufficient amount of time has passed to rule out any delays.
Please be aware of the potential for customs and import duties on packages (particularly those of a greater value). These charges are the responsibility of the buyer.
Returns and Exchanges: Customer satisfaction is very important to us! If you are unhappy with your purchase for any reason, please contact us within 24 hours of receipt and we will do our very best to resolve any issues.
If you have changed your mind about your purchase we will accept returns for refund or exchange for up to 7 days after the order is received. In this case, shipping costs are non-refundable and return shipping costs are the responsibility of the buyer. Items must be returned in original packaging and condition. Please contact us for returns instructions and do not return any pieces without notifying us ahead of time.
Returns can not be accepted on custom orders or in the case of earrings for hygiene reasons.
In the rare case that an item seems to have been damaged in transit, please contact us with a description (or, even better, a photograph) of the issue and we will work with you to resolve the problem and replace your piece.
In the extremely rare case that a package is lost we will work with you to replace it, once a sufficient amount of time has passed to rule out any delays.
